Adversary ish
When a court is adversary to the people, the people who's taxes pay for them and the court is sworn to protect rights of those people, it's nature is no longer aligned with it's purpose. The court this, not only creates criminal counter productive citizens in contrast to legislative intent, but in its imbalanced justice, no longer holding any scales blindly despite it's oral screams of doing so. Or for example, lower courts, administrative courts, state courts, ignoring basic constitutional rights, clearly established rights, to the extent of lawyers telling clients " the Constitution doesn't apply here" or a judge telling a petitioner "I don't care what the record says", in all this common occurrence becoming common. A reasonable person must then either lose faith in a system they once held to the point of death upon protecting or ask if that system ever existed at all.
