Supreme court of cali oral argument

I stand in front of your honorable, Humble honored and accomplished to have made it this far but in the same breath ashamed in humanity that I was forced to come here at all. I don't understand why we are being forced to fight for a right already won. Does this mean the decisions and intent of these laws and rights of citizens where not clear and concise when initiated, or are those untrusted to enforce such rights and law's lacking to understand what they read? Such simple known laws as warrants are needed before entering a person's home, or that the position they hold has such trust by courts because they are supposed to be trusted to be honest to the courts? I have reached a simple conclusion to the cluster of mess juvenile dependency itself has become. If I am guilty of neglect or abuse than charge me criminally for such or do not impose your quasi-scientific statistics of an arguable outcome on innocent children. Regardless of its intent, we have reached a detrimental outcome in justice and law that now requires your wise arm to prioritize the Constitution over all other laws in our land. If conflicts to the constitution occur in written local law, we must default to decline its existence. A safe and simple rule I apply to myself is "if I don't know, than the answer is no". The same should apply to laws that make it ok to have zero evidence, denial of defense in all forms, and unaccountable programs held as untamatums to losing your kids. These are not new or secret truths in the juvenile dependency court and system, yet somehow their existence has now confused all into the false notion basic constitutional rights aren't required to all within constitutional jurisdictional range. For example, if you have a criminal history, you have less constitutional rights or in my case, if you have enemies, your protection under the Constitution declines with popularity decreased. This isn't the America I believed I lived in, and I still have faith in our land as the leader of world freedom and democracy.  We, as a whole nation, can get through this if we don't allow fear to influence justice for all. The answers are surprisingly simple, and win wins are potentially ours if it's what we all decide it's wanted. The first step toward this task is to amputate the extremity of the juvenile dependency court and system. Allow police an extension for family abuse specialist, and free the social worker to social assistance in all communities so divide in mind doesn't split a great state. THANK YOU
